Georgian Home Realty has been here for you and knows your neighborhood. We can help you take control of your marketing your own property - under the guidance of one of our trusted Realtors. You pay no upfront fees. All of your Realtor expenses are paid at the close of the sale of your property, just like any other transaction. If you don’t close – you don’t pay!

We list your property in both Georgia MLS and FMLS, provide you with a yard sign, an electronic Realtor lockbox, and an digital marketing flyer.
We provide 2-3 exterior photos of the property for your listing and schedule an open house tour.
We advise and help you complete all of the necessary forms to list the property. Showing appointments will be scheduled directly between you and the showing Agent.
As offers come in, we send them over to you in their entirety with some general information and suggestions on what your options are.
We are here for you and will still give you advice regarding pricing, showings, contracts, inspections and negotiations.
